Mr. Mann focuses his practice on civil litigation, business and employment law. He has particular expertise in the construction industry and has represented general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in connection with both public and private works projects. He has successfully represented clients at trial, in arbitrations and mediations and has handled numerous bid protests with various public agencies. He also represents numerous small to medium sized businesses addressing contractual issues, employment issues and their general business litigation needs (from collections to breach of contract cases).
He has qualified as an expert on the recovery and amount of attorney’s fees. Prior to starting his law practice, Jerry was a law clerk for George Hopper and George N. Zenovich, both associate justices for the California Court of Appeal, Fifth Appellate District. With community involvement a high priority, Jerry volunteers a considerable amount of time with various non-profit organizations in Fresno and the surrounding area.
