Mr. Everett Everett has over 30 years experience representing local, regional, national, and international businesses, banks and insurance institutions throughout Central California In business and litigation matters. Reid has provided representation in the areas of real and personal property secured lending, commercial law, and all aspects of creditor/debtor relations including: loan workouts, receivers and receiverships, and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy. He has particular experience in these areas of law as they relate to Agriculture.

A Fresno native and an active member of the local legal community, Reid co-founded the Agricultural Law Section of Fresno County Bar Association He also is a member of the State Bar of California, where he was an appointed member of the Debtor and Creditor Relations and Bankruptcy Committee from 1990-1992 and an appointed member of the Agribusiness Committee from 2001-2006, which he also has co-chaired.
